Psychotherapy is my vocation. I'm also a musician and a songwriter.

I work both virtually and in-person in Park Slope in Brooklyn, NY.

My experience includes both inpatient psychiatry and private practice with individual clients. I help people to work-through anxiety, depression, life transitions and relationship challenges. Some seek help surviving and coping with a difficult life crisis, or a tough set of symptoms. Others find themselves in a relatively fortunate season in their lives, and want enhanced support as they strive to flourish.

While the creative arts modalities inform my approach, I do plenty of traditional talk therapy. Our work will match what you bring to the treatment—your issues and concerns, your personality and strengths, and the methods that you feel best suit your healing and growth.

Therapy can be challenging—for the same reason that it can be eventful and even transformative: it’s a direct effort to better understand where you are, where you’ve been, and where you want to go. Together, we can help you to point your life toward the experiences, achievements, and circumstances that most deeply appeal to you.
